Sales Representative / Physician Relations LPN or RN Outpatient Infusion Centers | Boca Raton to Stuart, FL Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a sales-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to drive growth of our outpatient infusion centers through physician relationship development and referral generation. This is a primarily sales-driven role , responsible for increasing referral volume and ensuring patients move efficiently from referral to scheduled treatment. Most of your time will be spent in physician offices building and managing referral relationships , serving as the main point of contact for referring practice staff, and coordinating internally with our Patient Care Coordinators to get patients into chairs. A nursing license is required to ensure clinical credibility and to provide occasional nursing coverage between centers when s taffing or patient volume requires it. Key Responsibilities * Build and maintain referral relationships with targeted physician practices * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target physicians, clinics, and healthcare facilities * Conduct regular in-office visits, lunches, and follow-ups to drive referral activity * Serve as the primary point of contact for referral staff regarding documentation and scheduling * Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or comparable tools * Track and follow referrals to ensure timely scheduling and patient treatment * Support new market growth between Boca Raton and Stuart, FL * Maintain consistent field coverage and ownership of assigned accounts Clinical Support & Coverage * Provide occasional nursing coverage for short-term staffing gaps , such as sick calls, vacations, unusually busy patient days, or temporary shortages * Assist with IV access, infusion setup, and patient monitoring only during these limited coverage periods * Maintain working familiarity with infusion workflows and safety protocols (training provided) Note: Clinical coverage is not a routine requirement of this role and is intended to occur rarely and on an as-needed basis solely to support continuity of operations. Required Qualifications * Active LPN license (Florida or ability to obtain) * Prior pharmaceutical, medical, or physician-facing sales experience required * Comfort operating independently in a field-based, relationship-driven sales role * Willingness to travel regularly between Boca Raton and Stuart, FL * Strong professional communication skills with clinical credibility Preferred (Not Required) * Experience with biologic or specialty infusion therapies * Outpatient infusion center experience * Existing referral relationships in relevant specialties (neurology, gastroenterology, rheumatology, etc.) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in physician-facing pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales?
