As we are preparing to introduce their updated products and services across the region, we are looking for a Telecom Sales Representative to work with our client AT&T and assist in their outreach efforts and communications connections. Our company is looking for a Telecom Sales Representative who is ready to lead from the front. This Telecom Sales Representative role is built for someone who thrives on developing people and setting the pace for a highperforming team. The Telecom Sales Representative will start by introducing AT&T wireless sales to customers and with skill development transition to coaching associates and supporting daily operations. Telecom Sales Representative Responsibilities: * Initiate communication with customers in person to explain AT&T wireless services * Work with customers diligently to accurate close any sales and manage accounts for wireless devices * Assist team members in presenting service options and best practices with AT&T and their customers * Become proficient in customer needs assessments and product recommendations * Assist the sales team in meeting and exceeding customer expectations * Help manage daily operations, scheduling, and performance tracking in the sales division * Complete sales presentations and customer inquiry troubleshooting with professionalism * Stay up to date on the latest AT&T wireless productions by meeting with team members and through AT&T's service guide Telecom Sales Representative Qualities/Qualifications: * Strong desire to lead, coach, and develop others * Interest in sales, customer service telecommunications, and business * Confident communicator with customerfacing experience as a plus * Prior experience in a customer service based position * Organized, dependable, and proactive in problemsolving * Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $900.00 - $1,500.00 per week Benefits: * Professional development assistance Work Location: On the road
