DESCRIPTION Job Title: Sales Associate Reports to: General Manager COMPANY OVERVIEW: YogaSix believes everyone deserves the mind-body experience of yoga! YogaSix offers six different class types designed to accommodate students of all levels in a way that is empowering, encouraging, and fun. YogaSix was established in 2012 and is the fastest growing boutique yoga company in the United States. POSITION: The Sales Associate provides superior customer service, building rapport with prospects, identifying their needs and booking them into the best first class for them. This position's main focus is retaining & expanding community by selling memberships and retail, and creating a clean, warm, & fun space for all students. They can assist with social media or retail management. Looking for long-term employment. JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets * Excellent communication skills via phone and in-person, text, and email * Strong sales and customer service skills * Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software * Must be fluent in English * Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Must have proficient computer skills * Retail experience a plus but not a requirement * Social Media experience a plus but not a requirement * Occasional local travel may be required * Attend special events and trainings as needed * Part time / Full time options RESPONSIBILITIES: * Execute full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale * Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the General Manager * Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport to facilitate sales * Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing * Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quote * Participate in grassroots/community events to promote the studio * Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills * Assists with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment * Other duties as assigned PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Must be able to effectively hear in person and via telephone. * The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. * Be able to make the assigned # of calls, texts & direct messages per shift. * May be required to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time. May be required to reach with hands and arms. Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and drive a car. This job requires the person to climb up and down flights of stairs as elevators are not present at all locations.
