Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with product displays, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role requires strong communication skills, sales ability, and familiarity with retail operations. The Sales Associate will play a key role in promoting products, upselling, and maintaining an organized sales floor. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store * Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties * Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits * Upsell additional items to maximize sales opportunities * Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked and attractive * Manage stock levels through stocking shelves and inventory management * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly * Assist in supervising store operations when needed, including supervising other team members during shifts * Ensure proper phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors * Support the team with basic retail math for transactions and inventory counts Qualifications * MUST BE 21 & OVER * Previous retail sales experience preferred, similar retail environments * Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures * Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse customers effectively * Experience with merchandising, stocking, and product demos is advantageous * Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional attitude * Basic math skills necessary for retail math calculations and cash handling tasks * Supervising experience is desirable but not required; leadership qualities are a plus * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join our team as a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding service, promote our products effectively, and contribute to the overall success of our retail store.
