Your Impact at Exodus Enterprise * Consult directly with customers to review their current mobile needs and provide expert, personalized recommendations. * Draft sales contracts with high attention to detail, ensuring every customer agreement is accurate and transparent. * Serve as a consistent, dependable source for every customer, ensuring they have reliable mobile service and support. * Represent our clients by attending exciting community and retail events throughout the Riverside area to promote brand awareness. * Train and mentor other Mobile Sales Associate team members to ensure we maintain a high-performing, supportive team environment. * As a Mobile Sales Associate, you'll help expand our footprint in the Inland Empire by delivering a world-class customer experience. What You Bring to the Team * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Previous experience in a customer service or sales environment (Bonus points if you have specific experience as a Mobile Sales Associate!). * Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to make every customer feel valued. * Ability to work a retail schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our Riverside customer base. * A desire to grow within the company and help train the next generation of Mobile Sales Associate professionals.
