Responsibilities * Assist customers with their purchases and provide excellent customer service. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register and POS system. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to ensure a welcoming environment. * Restock shelves and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand. * Engage with customers to promote products and enhance their shopping experience. * Support supervisory staff in training new employees as needed. Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred. * Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. * Basic knowledge of retail math is beneficial but not required.
