Duties: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives - Manage the sales team and provide guidance, training, and motivation to drive performance - Build and maintain relationships with key clients and dealerships to maximize sales opportunities - Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions - Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities - Conduct regular sales meetings and provide reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges Requirements: - Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role -Prior transportation sales experience, ideally already having a book of business - Strong knowledge of software applications used in sales management (e.g., CRM systems) - Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to upsell products or services to existing customers - Experience working in a event management, university, bus industry is a plus - Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities - Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish, is advantageous for communicating with diverse customers - Ability to provide sales support and guidance to the team If you are a motivated individual with a passion for driving sales success, we invite you to join our team as a Sales Manager.
