Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Jewelry Associate to join our team. Responsibilities Must have experience reaching individual sales goals. * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect jewelry pieces to meet their needs. * Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos. * Utilize retail sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling, to maximize sales opportunities. * Operate cash registers efficiently, handling transactions accurately. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are attractive. * Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly. * Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, with a strong understanding of customer service principles. * Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and inventory counts effectively. * Familiarity with cash register operations and retail math is a plus. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members. * A passion for jewelry and an eagerness to learn about various products is essential for success in this role.
