Duties * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking within assigned territories. * Manage and grow existing accounts by providing tailored solutions, upselling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to educate clients on features and benefits. * Develop strategic territory plans to maximize sales potential and achieve targets through effective territory management. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals that meet both customer needs and company objectives. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation efforts and increase brand awareness. * Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring long-term relationships. * Coordinate with inside sales teams for seamless account management and follow-up on leads or inquiries. * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management effectively. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills essential for building rapport with clients. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis. * Demonstrated ability in business development, account management, and upselling strategies. * Knowledge of marketing principles and experience in lead generation techniques including cold calling. * Ability to deliver engaging product demos while explaining technical features clearly to diverse audiences. * Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and adapt strategies accordingly. * Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to resolving client issues promptly. * High level of motivation, self-discipline, and resilience necessary for success in outside sales roles.
