What You 'll Do * Hit targeted neighborhoods to generate strong leads * Run quick, high-impact demos using our app and lighting setup * Educate homeowners on features, customization, and warranties * Build urgency, overcome objections, and close deals same-day * Represent the brand with energy, confidence, and professionalism What You 'll Earn * Average reps: $2,000 -$3,000 per week * Top performers: $100K -$125K+ annually * Uncapped commissions + performance bonuses * True growth path: Closer -> Team Lead -> Manager Who We 're Looking For * 1+ year of outside, D2D, or in-home sales experience (solar, alarms, roofing, pest, windows, telecom, etc.) * No D2D background?
