• Meet with homeowners (no cold knocking!) to offer tailored HVAC solutions
• Follow up on high-quality, company-provided leads--and generate your own when opportunity knocks
• Conduct in-home consultations and close deals with professionalism and confidence
• Hit and exceed your goals--monthly, quarterly, yearly (and get paid well for it)
• Collaborate with an A+ installation team to deliver 5-star customer experiences
• Stay sharp on the latest HVAC technology, energy efficiency options, and financing tools

What You Bring

to the Table:

• Experience in residential HVAC sales or home services (plumbing, roofing, solar, etc.)
• A self-starter attitude--you know how to hunt and close
• Excellent communication and presentation skills--you listen, build trust, and seal the deal
• Organized, reliable, and professional in every step of the customer journey
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
