The Retail Sales Associate delivers world-class customer service to all customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices. The Associate expertly advises our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services, and best- value options, and exhibits confidence by knowing best practices related to the industry. We have a friendly working environment for our retail associates. Our supervisors and managers give a lot of autonomy to our fully-trained team members (retail associates) to operate the store. Everyone is treated with kindness and respect no matter your position or tenure. This position could lead to a full-time position with excellent performance.
