We are looking for a smart, motivated and dedicated individual who is not afraid to learn and grow. This position will have a focus on sales, working provided leads and referrals generated by candidate. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Proactively reach out to and to prospective clients by phone, text and email * Consult customers with financial planning and insurance options * Assist customers with insurance needs * Stay current with market trends and product offerings * Consistently achieve sales targets while adhering to ethical standards QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience in insurance and financial services * Communication and interpersonal skills * Self-Driven and goal-oriented * Must be able to obtain WA state insurance licenses
