At The Carpet Shoppe, Inc. (TCS), operating as Hawaii Flooring Solutions (HFS) , we're seeking an Outside Sales Executive to expand our presence in Hawaii's flooring market. What You 'll Bring to the Table: * High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred * 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (outside sales, hospitality, flooring, or construction a plus) * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Ability to manage multiple accounts, follow-ups, and details with precision * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; willingness to learn RFMS * Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and full-time access to a personal vehicle * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable managing your own schedule * Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and work at a desk as needed * Flexible availability, including occasional weekends, holidays, and extended hours Location Hybrid position based in Oahu, Hawaii. While applicants from all locations are welcome, candidates must be available for on-site meetings, client visits, and trainings.
