The Junior Sales Associate will support the sales team in generating leads, engaging prospective customers, and contributing to overall revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information, answer questions, and guide customers to appropriate merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when needed.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Preferred Skills (Not Required)
• Prior internship or campus experience in sales, customer service, or marketing.
