Position Description: * Understand market dynamics * Strategize territory coverage and call upon key accounts (current and prospective) regularly * Cultivate customer and supplier relationships * Thoroughly understand our value-proposition and match it to customer needs * Coordinate sales efforts with the inside sales force to proactively increase market share * Develop technical knowledge to be a resource for customer base * Performs other duties as assigned Position Requirements: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Outstanding organizational, follow-up and listening skills * Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills * Documented success in exceeding sales goals & objectives * Proven track record of successful customer acquisition and business development * Understanding of and demonstrated ability to apply value pricing principles to optimize profitability * Ability to work in a team-selling environment * High level of honesty and integrity * High School Diploma or GED required Preferred Qualifications: * BA or BS Degree (Business, Sales, Marketing, etc.) or substantial equivalent business experience Plastics/industrial distribution experience * Territory management experience Eligibility Requirements: * Must be 18 years or older * Must pass a background investigation as part of the selection process * Must pass the drug test as part of the selection process * Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
