We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in the Southeast region. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and establishing strong relationships with our dealer network. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement strategic market development plans to expand our presence in the assigned region. * Maintain and enhance the dealer network through regular visits, training sessions, and sales support, fostering robust partnerships. * Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and proposals tailored to customer specifications. * Plan and coordinate customer demonstrations, managing logistics to showcase our product lines effectively. * Continuously gather and analyze competitive market data, collaborating with the sales team and senior management for strategic insights. * Lead product demonstrations and provide comprehensive training to customers as required. * Ensure products are demonstration-ready, maintaining high standards of presentation. * Support the organization and execution of trade shows, representing our offerings professionally. * Travel extensively within the region, adhering to corporate travel policies and budgetary guidelines. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Experience selling customized insdustrial vans/flat trucks * A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory. * Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is highly desirable. hc207744
