Summary We are seeking a Director of Business Development to join our dynamic and growing team in the US. This pivotal role will contribute to Kinema Fitness's mission by driving growth through innovative business strategies and fostering meaningful relationships within the corporate wellness sector. Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth objectives. * Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction. * Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track performance metrics. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align business strategies with promotional efforts. * Lead negotiations with potential partners and clients to secure contracts. * Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for expansion. * Oversee project management initiatives related to new business ventures. * Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes. * Assist with RFPs * Air travel is required for client pitches, conferences, the site openings Qualifications * Proven experience in business development, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry. * Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills. * Demonstrated ability in sales, negotiation, and relationship management. * Experience in project management is a plus. * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
