We've delivered high-quality, compassionate care since 2013. Summary We are seeking a Home Health Strategy & Development Specialist to join our team in the United States. This vital role involves coordinating patient care services and supporting our mission to deliver high-quality home health care. As a Home Health Strategy & Development Specialist, you will assist the director with building referral pipelines, coordinating patient referrals, recruiting and onboarding caregivers, shaping the business plan, and marketing for the private-pay service sector. You must have work or educational experience with marketing and/or business growth. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand home healthcare services * Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development goals * Prepare and present proposals to potential clients and referral sources * Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and community organizations * Coordinate and participate in networking events, conferences, and community outreach programs * Conduct presentations to educate potential clients and referral sources about home healthcare benefits * Work closely with clients and their families to understand their needs * Follow up with clients and referral sources to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement * Track and analyze business development activities and results * Prepare regular reports on business development efforts and outcomes Minimum Qualifications * B.S. in Healthcare Administration/Management, Marketing, Business Administration with healthcare experience, Public Health (HPM), Nursing (BSN), or related degree with a focus on healthcare and/or business. * At least 1 year of marketing/business growth experience (either work or educational experience) * Strong interpersonal abilities with proven time management and organizational capabilities. * Demonstrated experience in interdisciplinary healthcare collaboration and care plan development. * Self-motivated professional capable of independent work with minimal oversight. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong observational abilities. * Adherence to established professional standards and clinical best practices. * Proficient in negotiation, relationship building, and stakeholder engagement. * Displays independence, organizational skills, adaptability, and collaborative approach to responsibilities. * Competency in Microsoft Office applications, internet navigation, and email communication systems. * Superior communication abilities with skill in translating complex medical information into accessible language. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in home health or any health care company is of benefit. * Prior experience in a consumer related business is of benefit.
