We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our new car sales team, drive growth, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What We're Looking For * Proven experience in automotive sales management or F and I, with a strong track record of success. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds or similar DMS software is preferred. * Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the automotive sector. * Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing a team.
