As we grow, we're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and help support our valued personal lines clients. Job Summary: We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our Personal Lines insurance team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail- oriented, and enjoys providing exceptional service in a fast-paced, client- focused environment. An active insurance license and prior insurance experience are required. Experience within an independent insurance agency is preferred, though we will also consider candidates with relevant experience working for a direct carrier.
