Full description of the position

Account Manager Duties & Responsibilities: * Act as the liaison between your customers and the operations team in a manufacturing environment * Work closely with department supervisors on the shop floor to gather information and current status of product * Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly * Process sales orders and work with your customer and internal stake holders to insure timely delivery of product * Maintain work order status and monitor the delivery schedule * Request quotes and purchase material and outside services Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years Account Manager experience * Proven experience in account management * Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail * Will have worked with an MRP / ERP system, knowledge of Job Boss is a plus * Proficiency of Microsoft Office Products * A self-starter who performs well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude * Assertive enough to produce results for their customer and still able to work in a team environment * Prefers talking on a phone to email and texts Benefits include: * Alternating Fridays off * Company Matching 401K * Medical Insurance * Life Insurance * Short Term Disability * Long Term Disability * Flex Spending Account Pay dependent on experience.
