Company Overview KITV, Inc. the ABC affiliate in Honolulu, HI is looking for a full-time Sales Operations Lead - Client Services & Campaign Management is a critical role to delivering seamless execution, strong reporting, and exceptional service for both linear and digital advertising partners. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations, managing the execution and reporting of both linear (broadcast) and digital advertising campaigns, and directly supervising Client Services Assistants (2). This role serves as the operational backbone of the sales organization, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality client service across all platforms. The Sales Operations Lead works closely with the Director of Sales, Sales Managers, Account Executives, traffic, production, and digital teams to ensure campaigns are launched correctly, delivered in full, optimized when needed, and reported transparently to clients and leadership. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Client Services Oversight * Directly manage and support Client Services Assistants (2) , including workflow prioritization, training, and performance oversight. Linear & Digital Campaign Management * Oversee the setup, execution, and delivery of linear television advertising campaigns, ensuring accuracy in orders, schedules, and traffic instructions. * Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms including OTT/CTV, streaming platforms, display, video, social, sponsorships, and station-owned digital properties. Digital Reporting & Analytics * Oversee preparation and delivery of client-facing reports for both linear and digital campaigns. Sales Operations & Revenue Support * Ensure accurate order entry, contract compliance, and campaign documentation across platforms. Qualifications Required: * 2+ years of experience in sales support, digital media operations, or campaign management. * Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting digital advertising metrics. * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools. Preferred: * Experience in broadcast television or local digital media sales. * Familiarity with digital ad platforms (CTV/OTT, programmatic, display, video, social). * Experience with digital ad servers or DSPs.
