RV Sales Consultant, OpenRoad RV is a family-owned, multi-location RV dealership focused on honest sales, strong product knowledge, and long-term customer relationships. We are hiring motivated RV Sales Consultants to join our growing team. Responsibilities * Assist customers in selecting the right RV for their needs * Manage the sales process from first contact through delivery * Demonstrate RV features and explain pricing clearly * Follow up with customers and maintain accurate CRM records * Work with finance, service, and parts to ensure a smooth experience * Meet monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals Qualifications * Sales experience preferred (RV or automotive a plus) * Strong communication and customer service skills * Self-motivated and professional * Working weekends * Valid driver's license Compensation & Benefits * Competitive pay with commission * Training and advancement opportunities * Supportive, family-owned work environment * Benefits Including 401K matching, Health Insurances Apply today and help customers find the right RV with OpenRoad RV.
