Summary: Sells merchandise, insurance and service to individuals in store or showroom, provides customer assistance and service and supports store operations by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities are as follows, other duties may be assigned: * Greets customer on sales floor, provides optimum customer service and support, and works to maximize sales transactions of all saleable Company products. * Sales and Loans Processing Promote and sell personal loans on the sales floor and by phone, including to inactive or renewal-eligible customers * Displays merchandise, suggests selections that meet customer's needs, and emphasizes selling points of articles such as quality, utility and applicable warranties. * Completes all required and appropriate sales transactions and works with other Company departments as necessary to ensure total customer support and satisfaction. * Maintains assigned sales display areas and merchandise in a clean and orderly condition and preserves the merchandising arrangement set by the Store Manager and Store Decorator. * Maintains set merchandise inventory levels in assigned display areas and coordinates with Will-Call personnel as necessary to requisition, transfer and place items on display floor. * Assists Will-Call personnel move merchandise from storage areas to display floors as necessary. * Wraps or bags merchandise for customers. * Supports all Loss Prevention measures and works to promote safety and security in the work place. * Takes inventory of assigned stock on display floor. * Uses STORIS database and software to process sales orders, set delivery schedules and research availability of merchandise. * Loan Processing in LP3 Accurately enter, update, and review credit applications, documents, and comments in the LP3 system. * Cash handling Controls * Supports Store Management as requested Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Work Location: In person
