Strategic Alliance Manager - Retail Partnerships (Home Depot) Full-Time | Knoxville, TN 5-Day Work Week (Saturday & Sunday Required; Two Weekdays Off) Base Salary: $40,000 -$50,000 + Monthly Bonuses Total Compensation Potential: Up to ~$80,000 Annually About the Role We're hiring a hands-on Strategic Alliance Manager to lead our in-store Lead Generation program within The Home Depot locations across Knoxville. This is a player-coach role - you'll generate leads yourself while hiring, training, and motivating a team of hourly Lead Generators. You'll own performance, culture, and results within your stores and serve as the main point of contact for our retail partner. What You 'll Do * Hire, train, coach, and support in-store Lead Generators * Lead by example by actively generating leads in-store * Motivate teams to hit goals and improve performance * Manage schedules, coverage, and daily operations * Build strong relationships with Home Depot store leadership * Ensure brand standards and customer engagement are met What We 're Looking For * Team leadership experience in retail, sales, or a customer-facing role * Sales-minded with strong coaching and people skills * Patient, positive, and comfortable managing hourly employees * Weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday) * Related lead generation or retail partnership experience preferred Why This Role * Competitive base + monthly bonus opportunity * Total compensation up to ~$80K annually * Full-time, stable schedule with two weekdays off * Ownership of a growing retail program and team Apply today if you 're a motivated leader who enjoys sales, coaching, and building strong teams!
