Area Sales Director - Luxury Fitness Club We're seeking a driven and dynamic Area Sales Director to lead membership growth across our premier fitness clubs. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in sales leadership, team motivation, and community engagement, with the ability to deliver consistent results in a fast-paced, performance- driven environment. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute sales strategies to drive membership growth and revenue goals * Manage and mentor sales teams across multiple locations * Create lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline management in HubSpot CRM or similar * Build partnerships with local businesses and influencers to expand market reach * Track KPIs and create performance reports for executive leadership Qualifications: * 3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle industries * Proficiency in HubSpot or similar (CRM workflows, automations, and reporting) * Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills * Passion for health, wellness, and community Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance bonuses + membership benefits Job Type: Full-time Pay: $57,930.16 - $69,765.35 per year Work Location: In person
