Area Sales Director - Luxury Fitness Club We're seeking a driven and dynamic Area Sales Director to lead membership growth across our premier fitness clubs. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in sales leadership, team motivation, and community engagement, with the ability to deliver consistent results in a fast-paced, performance- driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive membership growth and revenue goals
• Manage and mentor sales teams across multiple locations
• Create lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline management in HubSpot CRM or similar
• Build partnerships with local businesses and influencers to expand market reach
• Track KPIs and create performance reports for executive leadership

Qualifications

:

• 3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle industries
• Proficiency in HubSpot or similar (CRM workflows, automations, and reporting)
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Passion for health, wellness, and community

Compensation

: Competitive base salary + performance bonuses + membership benefits Job Type: Full-time Pay: $57,930.16 - $69,765.35 per year Work Location: In person
