Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Managers to join our team. The Territory Manager will play a vital role in expanding our patient base by developing and nurturing relationships with attorneys, chiropractors, and physicians to obtain patient referrals for our specialized services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our practice while making a meaningful impact on the lives of patients in need of specialized medical care. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and target key referral sources. - Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources through regular communication, meetings, and educational presentations. - Educate referral sources on the range of services offered by our practice, highlighting our expertise in neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, and interventional pain management. - Track and analyze referral data to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for growth. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact referral patterns.
