Customer Account Manager Emprint/Moran Printing is looking for someone dedicated to meeting customer demands and thriving in a fast-paced printing, fulfillment, and solution-based environment. In this role, you will use strategic business skills and customer service skills to answer all customer questions and provide revolutionary solutions when needed. Emprint maintains strong relationships with customers and must maintain this to continue to grow our competitive advantage. This is a great role for those who enjoy a fast-paced work environment and talking with clients. Position Purpose : Customer account managers provide fast and friendly service to customers. This account manager learns about all points in printing and production in order to actively help customers keep track of orders within the plant as well as with other vendors. Customer account managers maintain inventory and produce assets that are important to the customer. These assets may be mailings, print on demand, or promotional items. Managers work with the plant and production manager to make sure jobs are on track to ship at their respective dates.
