About Us Rose Hill Car Wash is a locally owned, customer-focused car wash serving Kirkland and surrounding communities. We're expanding our unlimited wash membership program and are looking for a high-energy, results-driven sales professional with car wash experience to help grow and manage our membership base. Key Responsibilities * Actively sell and promote our Unlimited Wash Membership program to customers * Educate guests on membership benefits and packages * Maintain strong relationships with repeat customers * Assist with customer service, light site operations, and team support as needed * Represent the Rose Hill Car Wash brand with professionalism and enthusiasm Qualifications * Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals * Customer de-escalation skills * Retail Customer Service experience * Reliable and punctual; comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions * Able to walk and stand for extended periods during shift * Prior car wash or automotive service sales experience (preferred) * Basic computer and POS experience (a plus, not required) * High School Diploma or equivalent *Compensation & Benefits * $17.50 - $24.00 per hour * Flexible scheduling * Fun, fast-paced team environment * Medical / Dental benefits for qualified employees How to Apply Please email your resume and provide a brief summary of why you would like to join our team.
