Key Account Manager _ Zentis is Europe's number one fruit processing company and one of the leading brand manufacturers of jams, sweets and custard-based dessert. The Company's North American operations are located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Plymouth, Indiana, where we produce fruit and dairy preparations for a variety of customers including yogurt, ice cream and bakery manufacturers._ As a Key Account Manager at Zentis, you will drive strategic growth by managing key customer relationships in the food service space, identifying new opportunities, and delivering innovative solutions in the food industry. This role combines entrepreneurial thinking with strong relationship-building skills to achieve exceptional business results. Primary
Responsibilities
:
- Deliver business results through strategic account planning and execution.
- Build and nurture strong internal and external relationships to foster collaboration and trust.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with existing and new customers.
- Supporting internal team in all aspects of customer support by providing accurate forecasts, identifying pain points, managing new business projects, and working to overcome obstacles to business growth and success.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to provide insights that influence customer and company decisions. Formal Education Required:
- Bachelor's Degree (business/food science or comparable) or equivalent work experience Required.
- Master's degree is a plus. Specific Experience and Key Knowledge
Requirements
:
- Minimum 2 yrs of outside sales experience
- Previous experience in food service or related category selling is a must
- Ability to travel (30% of time - occasional weekend travel required) Special Skills and Abilities Required: Required :
