Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and expand our market presence. Duties
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans focused on outside sales, B2B markets, and technology solutions
- Cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market analysis
- Oversee account management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales initiatives
- Conduct negotiations with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitable margins
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to foster professional development and high performance
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior management
Qualifications
- Hilton sales experience preferred.
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, technical or technology sales, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Demonstrated management skills with prior leadership or supervisory experience in a sales environment
- Expertise in account management, business development, and customer service excellence
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools for tracking sales activities
- Excellent analysis skills for interpreting data and making strategic decisions
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively
- Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to driving sales growth
