Full description of the position

The person selected for this position will be responsible for the complete sales and operations of their branch located in Lynnwood, WA. Daily Responsibilities Include: * Plan and direct branch activities to successfully meet goals and objectives. * Create and manage productive sales pipeline. * Build business relationships with prospective and active customers. * Network with local business leaders and decision makers. * Meet or exceed scheduled sales goals. * Participate in daily branch operations. * Perform job site safety evaluations. * Perform daily morning dispatch. * Interview and hire top talent for branch full time positions. * Respond effectively to customer issues. Job Type: Full-time Start at $75,000 - per annum Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Mileage reimbursement * Paid time off * Paid training * Travel reimbursement * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Profit sharing Schedule: * Monday to Friday Experience: * General Work: 3 years (Preferred) * management: 1 year (Preferred) * Outside B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred) Essential Responsibilities, include but are not limited to the following: * Maintain, manage and develop personnel - Staffing Specialist, Sr. Staffing Specialist and Branch Operations Manager to support branch sales and operations in meeting and/or exceeding company expectations. * Maintain branch profit margins in alignment with forecasted levels. * Develop and nurture leads, engage in sales activities, and establish contacts with both potential and existing customers. * Prepare, review, and analyze branch reports and forecasts to track and optimize branch results. * Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with local business leaders through effective networking. * Submit comprehensive weekly activity and call reports related to customer interactions. * Provide a monthly territory sales pipeline report to assess and strategize sales initiatives. * Collaborate closely with the District Manager to set sales objectives and implement successful sales tracking methods. * Acquire new customers for the branch through a combination of in-person visits and cold calling. * Build and manage a robust pipeline of customer leads. * Enforces LaborWorks policies, procedures, and safety rules within branch, to other branch staff, customers and temporary employees. * Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and financial matters. * Conduct in-depth analysis of branch results to evaluate the effectiveness and consistency of business processes in alignment with company philosophy. * Proactively engage in cold calling efforts to establish direct customer connections and secure orders. * Determine customer bill rates and review customer paperwork for accuracy and completeness. * Ensure the ongoing satisfaction of existing customers and promote safe working conditions through regular customer visits. * Guarantee the establishment of safe working conditions for new customers by conducting comprehensive jobsite safety evaluations. * Provide inspirational leadership and foster team building among branch staff. * Uphold and cultivate a culture of ethical high performance within the branch. * Lead dispatch operations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely fulfillment of customer orders. * Be proficient in opening and closing branch operations, contributing to smooth and secure branch operations. * Take responsibility for the branch inside sales program, driving revenue through strategic initiatives and customer engagement. * Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. * Assists with branch coverage during staff absences as needed to ensure seamless operations. Support is crucial for our clients' satisfaction and branch success. * Maintains quality of company workforce. * Maintains branch appearance and cleanliness. * Performs other duties as assigned.
