We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to lead sales efforts in this new territory.   • The opportunity to make a real impact The Role: As a Territory Manager, youll spend your time building relationships with clients, driving business development, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
  • Meeting current and prospective clients at job sites to understand their needs.
  • Conducting worksite evaluations to match skilled tradespeople with client requirements.
  • Prospecting leads through cold calling and social networking.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for your territory, working closely with your team on worker retention, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Setting and achieving financial targets for your territory.

Preferred Qualifications

:

  • Bachelors or associate degree (preferred but not required).
  • 1+ year of sales experience (required).
