We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to lead sales efforts in this new territory. - The opportunity to make a real impact The Role: As a Territory Manager, youll spend your time building relationships with clients, driving business development, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting current and prospective clients at job sites to understand their needs.
- Conducting worksite evaluations to match skilled tradespeople with client requirements.
- Prospecting leads through cold calling and social networking.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for your territory, working closely with your team on worker retention, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Setting and achieving financial targets for your territory.
What You Bring
:

- Sales skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

- Relationship building: Ability to expand and maintain connections with clients and industry professionals to gain referrals and new business.
Preferred Qualifications
:
- Bachelors or associate degree (preferred but not required).
- 1+ year of sales experience (required).
