IC Intracom has an opportunity for a Sales Support Assistant. This person will collaborate with our Sales Team to assist in building revenues on our two brands, Intellinet Network Solutions and Manhattan. In addition, this position works as a backup to Customer Service for assistance when needed. Duties and Responsibilities * Supports the Sales Team with report requests, order entry & order updates. * Assists Sales with Quarterly reports on Customer Revenue Goals for rebates. * Acts as a liaison between customers and reps when reps are out of office. * Collaborates with Sales to design marketing materials to increase market awareness or training materials for specific channels * Assists in Coordinating trade shows and customer events. * Acts as a backup to Customer Service with customer requests when needed. * Maintains customer PDW with product specific information * May assist with Pricing research on like products, current marketing pricing, or aging products. Required Knowledge and Skills * Bachelors/Associates degree in Business Administration is a plus * Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledgeable with all other Microsoft Office applications. * Detailed-Orientated * Self-Motivated Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $44,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
