Position: PEO Sales Executive Location: Washington (Remote) Pay: $85,000 to $90,000/year (depending on experience) + Sales commission Experience: 2 years of sales experience is required. Previous PEO or BPO sales experience is preferred. Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday - Friday LevelUp HR is seeking a PEO Sales Executive to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

:

• Conduct a high volume of "selling" or persuading activity aligned with your sales plan.
• Sell company services.
• Conduct effective Discovery meetings that uncover pain points aligned with services.
• Formally present/pitch/propose products and services as solutions to established problems.
• Maintain accurate data and notes in a CRM (or other similar database).
• Negotiate contracts to maximize long-term and immediate value.
• Forecast Closed Deals (Sales, Recruiting, etc.).
• Strategically allocate your time on those activities that will best accomplish the goal.
• Educate users/clients/prospects about products and services, providing relevant and accurate information.
