Sales Territory Manager Base Pay: $55,000 Uncapped Commissions Company Intro: Divine Brothers Company is a 130-year-old family-owned manufacturing company based in Utica, NY. We manufacture buffing wheels and polishing compounds to service Metal Finishing industries across the globe. Job description: We are looking for a driven Sales Territory Manager with at least 2 years of sales experience. This is an in-person position with a schedule of 8am - 5pm Mon-Thu and 7:30am - 3:30pm Fri. This position has a base salary of $55,000/yr. with commissions paid out monthly. Commissions and Territory structure can be reviewed during the interview. Job Duties: Territory & Rep Management * Partner with outside territory reps and customers to identify new opportunities and strengthen existing relationships by managing, developing, and growing assigned territories. * Select, onboard and support outside territory representatives. * Proactively call customers to build rapport, follow up on quotes, samples, and orders. * Identify and pursue new accounts to expand territory reach. * Occasional, paid travel with representatives to strengthen customer relationships and drive opportunities. Requirements: * 2+ years of sales experience (Industrial and/or Abrasive background preferred). * Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer and representative relationships. * Strong proficiency in MS Suite and ERP system (SYSPRO experience a plus). * Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills. * Business casual attire. * Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. * Must be 21 yrs. or older * Must have a valid driver's license * Please include three (3) Professional References Pay: $55,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Cell phone reimbursement * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Mileage reimbursement * Paid time off * Travel reimbursement * Vision insurance Experience: * Sales: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
