Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and generating leads to support our business development efforts. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of technology sales, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Duties * Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services. * Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage customer relationships. * Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate benefits to potential customers. * Engage in warm calling strategies to follow up with leads generated from marketing efforts. * Maintain accurate records of calls made, outcomes achieved, and follow-up actions required. * Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance telemarketing skills and product knowledge. Qualifications * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Ability to engage customers with a friendly demeanor while maintaining professionalism. * A proactive approach to outbound calling with a focus on achieving targets. * Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus.
