Our growing West Coast Manufacturer's rep company is seeking an inside sales person to quote pricing on products and provide support to plumbing trade partners from our Kent, WA office. We strive to provide the highest level of customer service in the industry. Every engagement is an opportunity to exceed our customer's expectations and build a lasting business relationship and friendship. We have been in business over 60 years. Greet, assist, and help contractors and wholesale customers who call in or come by looking for plumbing products we offer. Answer phones, quote pricing, process orders, data entry, follow up on issues, greet will calls, pull orders and operate forklift as needed. Occasional lifting up to 40 lbs. Prepare shipping documents. Communicate with our outside sales team about prospects you encounter. Join a supportive team of people. We work together to help customers find solutions to make their job easier and achieve better results. Required qualifications include: * Inside sales experience * Comfort in talking to people * Listen effectively to understand customer needs * Attention to detail for order entry * Work independently and with team members * Proficient in Microsoft Word, PPT and Excel * Clean DMV record Preferred qualifications: * Plumbing knowledge or mechanical aptitude * Construction industry or wholesale experience * Willingness to become forklift certified Competitive Compensation DOE.
