Business Development Representative Location: [Remote/ 75% on the road in Dallas TX / Houston TX] | Type: Full-Time/ Contract About Us At Ascend Psychological Services , we help individuals and families heal and thrive through compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. We also partner with legal and medical professionals to ensure clients receive the comprehensive support they deserve. Role Overview We're seeking a Business Development Representative to grow our partnerships and expand our referral network. This role focuses on outreach, relationship-building, and promoting our services to attorneys, medical providers, and community organizations. Key Responsibilities * Build and maintain relationships with referral partners. * Identify new business opportunities and manage outreach efforts. * Represent Ascend at events, meetings, and networking functions. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client coordination. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or relationship management (healthcare or legal field preferred). * Excellent communication and networking skills. * Self-motivated and organized. * HubSpot CRM experience is a plus.
