Full description of the position

* Enter orders using the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central business system. * Support and own to resolution emergency parts replacement and warranty issues as needed. * Support and own customer-facing phone calls and electronic requests with a pleasant demeanor. * Support change order management, tracking and invoicing of customer orders. * Receive incoming quote requests for setup and distribution to the proposal development team. * Facilitate shipping of orders with warehouse. * High level of organizational skills and attention to detail. * High level of proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating system, file structures, Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word and Outlook), and other modern software platforms and business systems. * Attention and participation in work-place safety programs and policies. * Other duties as assigned.
