With always-on access and an extensive care network, PGS makes workplace health convenient, efficient, and responsive for employers across industries. The Opportunity We're hiring a B2B Outside Sales Representative to open new markets and win new employer accounts. This is a consultative business development role: you'll lead smart discovery, frame solutions, build confidence with decision makers--and close without being "salesy." What You 'll Do * Create demand & pipeline. Proactively target employers (HR, Safety/Risk, Operations) and build a steady flow of qualified opportunities. * Run a full, consultative cycle. Discovery -> solution design -> proposal -> negotiation -> signature--own it end to end. * Sell outcomes. Tie PGS solutions (e.g., 24/7 remote injury management solutions and nationwide pre-employment solutions) to employer outcomes like reduced unnecessary ER/clinic visits, lower workers' comp costs, and faster return-to-work. * Solidify & expand the map. Further solidify the industrial, oil and gas, and construction industries we currently serve, and identify new industries and geographies we can break into; represent PGS at executive meetings, industry events, and local networks. * Land to expand. Ensure a clean handoff to operations and stay close post-sale to identify cross-sell and growth opportunities. * Partner with Marketing. Orchestrate campaigns/outreach and convert inbound interest into qualified meetings and wins. * Operate with discipline. Keep CRM current; forecast with accuracy; report pipeline health and deal progress and provide weekly reporting for previous weeks activities/KPI's. REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION Please copy & paste this link to complete a quick assessment: [please apply online] What You Bring * 2+ years of B2B business development or outside sales experience (services preferred). * Proven ability to book your own meetings and close consultatively. * Clear, confident communicator who builds trust quickly with executives and frontline leaders. * Comfortable selling outcomes to HR, Safety/Risk, and Operations stakeholders. * Networker by default--energized by events, referrals, and creating new conversations. * Self-directed, competitive, and accountable to goals--while leveraging your team to win bigger. Nice to Have but not necessary: Experience in occupational medicine, employer health, workers' comp, EHS/safety, industrial services, or healthcare services selling into employers. How We 'll Measure Success * New Revenue: Consistently meets/exceeds monthly and quarterly targets. * Pipeline Quality & Velocity: Healthy, growing pipeline with disciplined stage movement. * Market Expansion: Net of new companies from priority industries/regions. * Client Stickiness: Smooth new client onboarding and current client retention. * Brand Presence: Increased visibility via events, associations, and strategic networks.
