Pay rate: $18 - $19 hourly (depending on license) plus bonuses and commissions. Potential to make $65k or more. Company car provide and gas reimbursement. Ai United is a rapidly growing insurance agency in Texas. We are looking for strong sales managers that know how to train others to be successful through implementing great sales techniques and providing great service. As a Sales manager you will be in charge of most aspects that are utilized to successfully run a locations. Those who apply should have a in depth understanding of the sales process and how to implement company techniques throughout their team. Insurance experience and a history of managing a team of 3 or more employees is needed. Successful managers will have the opportunity to advance their position further within the company.
