Your Performance Will Be Measured By: * 90% contract renewal rates and a maximum 3% contract cancellation rate. * Meeting or exceeding budget for enhancement sales. * Keeping past-due balances under 90 days. * Leading your team to hit Gross Profit targets, ensuring that work is performed efficiently and profitably. * Ensuring paperwork, billing, and contracts are handled smoothly and efficiently.
