What you 'll be doing * Prospect and develop new business within your assigned territory * Sell new and used industrial equipment from the G&W Equipment portfolio * Build strong relationships with customers and support their capital equipment purchasing decisions * Partner with internal departments to ensure a smooth sales and delivery process * Analyze your territory and identify opportunities to increase market share * Work with your Regional Sales Manager on territory planning and account strategy * Develop business plans tailored to key customers to drive both customer satisfaction and profitability * Stay engaged with customers through consistent communication and follow-up What you bring * Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience in material handling, construction, or a related B2B industry * Proven success in developing and managing a sales territory * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Understanding of basic financial principles and margins * Persistent and self-motivated, with a high sense of urgency * Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting via phone, email, and in-person visits * Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and familiar with CRM systems What we offer * Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission * Career growth and advancement opportunities within a stable, family-owned company * Full benefits including medical (HSA and PPO options), dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) plan with 100% company match up to 6% * Paid time off and company-paid short- and long-term disability * Company-paid life insurance, with options to purchase additional coverage * Ongoing training, support, and the tools you need to succeed in the field
