The role owns the achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, leads and develops the sales team, and ensures the company's brand and marketing strategy consistently generate high-quality leads aligned with Gaspar's ideal client & goals. What you'll do * Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership, Team Development and Revenue Accountability * Own, inspire and drive achievement of company wide sales, revenue, and profit targets. * Set annual individual sales goals for each salesperson aligned with company revenue objectives; monitor progress and course correct as needed. * Participate in sales & networking events to support the team including and generate new business including the Remodel Homes Tour and Remodel Expo. * Create staffing schedules and provide oversight for company participation in events such as Remodel Homes Tour and Home Shows. * Meet weekly or bi-weekly with each sales team member to review pipeline, performance, obstacles, and specific coaching needs. * Maintain and communicate goal-to-actual sales performance reporting, including a public visible reader board/dashboard. * Lead and facilitate the weekly sales meeting, ensuring focus on metrics, pipeline health, and next actions. * Ensure sales team consistently follows Sandler and Gaspar's sales systems, processes, and achieves necessary results. * Support hiring, onboarding, and continued training of new sales team members as needed. * Conduct annual performance reviews and participate in ongoing performance management as needed. * Marketing Strategy, Execution and Branding * Own Gaspar's marketing strategy, ensuring it supports sales/company goals by generating sufficient highly qualified leads. * Oversee and guide all marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, social media, SEO, website content, campaigns, and events. * Ensure the company's brand standards are upheld across all platforms, materials, messaging, and client-facing touchpoints. * Approve all marketing materials, promotional items, and logo usage, ensuring consistency and quality. * Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop creative, compelling marketing campaigns that differentiate the brand. * Regularly analyze marketing performance and ROI; adjust strategies, campaigns, and spend based on results. * Ensure the website is current and regularly updated with new projects, testimonials, and relevant content. * Oversee company hosted marketing events (including cooking classes), ensuring strong attendance and effective execution. * Cross-Functional Collaboration and Client Experience * Work closely with the Design Manager to optimize the client experience and ensure a smooth transition from sales to design. * Work with production teams to ensure sales and design work flows align with available production starts * Partner with leadership team to align sales and marketing efforts with broader company priorities and capacity/growth planning. Describe the specific responsibilities and job functions of the role Qualifications * 10+ years in a Sales Role. (Ideally in the Remodeling/ Building environment) * 3-5 years of Sales Management experience. * Strong background in creating marketing strategy. * Experience in digital marketing, SEO & Social Media.
