Position Overview We're seeking motivated In Home Sales Representatives to meet with homeowners interested in roofing, siding, and gutter services. This is a high- energy role for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, providing expert guidance, and closing deals that make a real difference. Leads are pre-set appointments --no cold calling--so you can focus on what you do best: selling and earning. What You 'll Do * Conduct 1 -3 pre-confirmed in-home appointments daily (appointments are scheduled at 10 AM, 1 PM, and 5 PM). * Build rapport quickly and establish trust with homeowners. * Present roofing and exterior solutions with professionalism and enthusiasm. * Educate customers on products, warranties, and the value The Exterior Company delivers. * Close sales by helping homeowners select the best solution for their needs and budget.
