Company Overview: We are a Real Estate and Property Management company located in East Liberty/Highland Park, seeking a creative individual to join our small, personable office team. While no prior leasing experience is necessary, we value energetic and friendly personalities who are eager to contribute to our growing business. Great opportunity for an undergraduate or graduate student looking to get in the field job experience! Job Type: Part-time. Saturday required with an additional shift during the week. Office Hours: * Saturdays: 11am-5pm * Monday-Friday: 10am-6pm Responsibilities: * Conduct apartment tours with potential tenants, showcasing our rental properties. * Manage incoming phone calls and emails, directing them appropriately. * Sort through mail and handle bill processing tasks. * Advertise available apartments online and schedule property tours. * Process rental applications and prepare necessary documentation. * Handle maintenance requests and address tenant issues promptly. * Assist in managing ongoing projects such as coworking space, coffee shop, and tattoo shop expansions. * Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational issues. Required Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel; willingness to learn new software programs. * Self-motivated and diligent in managing responsibilities independently. * Strong attention-to-detail and organizational skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications: * Candidates with an interest in sales and real estate preferred.
