About the Role: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales opportunities and providing exceptional customer service to homeowners. Your excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and product knowledge will be vital in converting leads into satisfied customers. Qualifications: * Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the residential service industry. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with customers. * Strong customer service orientation, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Persuasive and influential with the ability to handle objections and close sales. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. * Technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems is a plus. * Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
